At Foxhall Medicine, we are proud to have one of the strongest clinical teams in the city. Delivering the highest level of personalized service, however, requires dedicated time, staffing, and resources.
Access Foxhall was created to ensure that patients with more complex needs receive the additional support and coordination they require. You are invited to participate in this optional program, designed to provide enhanced access and individualized assistance.
What is Access Foxhall
Access Foxhall is not a concierge service. It is an optional program designed for patients with complex medical needs who benefit from more direct, efficient access to our clinical team. The program streamlines prescription refills, appointment scheduling, and communication with your physicians.
Access Foxhall is offered in addition to standard medical care and provides enhanced staffing support to ensure a higher level of service for patients who require more frequent coordination and assistance. While we pride ourselves on having an exceptional team, delivering this level of personalized support requires additional dedicated resources. Access Foxhall allows us to provide that support in a sustainable and consistent way.
Participation in Access Foxhall is entirely optional. Established patients are not required to enroll, and choosing not to participate will not affect the quality of care or attention you receive at Foxhall Medicine. Patients who enroll typically do so because their medical needs require more frequent interaction and coordination beyond the comprehensive care already provided by our practice.
Membership options and fees
Access Foxhall is an annual membership program that automatically renews each year on the date of enrollment. There is no additional Access fee for patients who see both Dr. Thomas and Dr. Yamamoto.
Individual Patient Membership
- $1,000 annually, paid in full at enrollment and automatically renewed each year
- $1,200 annually, paid in monthly installments of $100 and automatically renewed each year
Couples and Additional Family Members
For spouses, partners, or dependent family members who are also established patients of the practice:
- $500 annually per additional member, paid in full at enrollment and automatically renewed each year
- $600 annually per additional member, paid in monthly installments of $50 and automatically renewed each year
